Evia is the second largest island in Greece after Crete and it is a very charming island. Many like to visit Evia for a relaxing holiday and to cut off from the rest of busy Greece. It is becoming increasingly popular to come to Evia and hire a self catering villa for pure relaxation!

There is also a vast selection of good restaurants especially seafood restaurants were the sea food is guaranteed to be as fresh, as fresh can be. Many Greeks like to go to Evia for weekend breaks for some relaxation. It is in fact only a 45 minute boat ride from Athens.
