Hannover, Germany

Hannover is the capital city of Lower Saxony and is a relatively smaller city with a population of approximately 500,000 people. This city is not a very famous tourist destination however it offers some of Europe’s largest trade ground facilities which have hosted some of the world’s most famous trade fairs such as the Expo 2000 and Cebit. Some places worth visiting are the Hannover Zoo which is sure to entertain the young and the old. The Rain Forest House is also very interesting. Situated under a huge glass dome it hosts the flora and fauna of Brazil’s mountain rain forest. This is situated in the Berggarten Botanical Gardens.
