| Kastelorizo or Megisti, is the Aegean's easternmost island. It is a tiny but very beautiful island of the Dodecanese consisting of a circular port of about 50 inhabited houses. Even though the island has very few inhabitants, they are all very hospitable and wait on the port to welcome the tourists.

| Kastellorizo might very well be the most quiet and peaceful place you can find in the Mediterranean see. The Island Kastellorizo is a natural and biological paradise. As there is no real interference with nature the Kastellorizo is housing a number of species of the animal and vegetable world and also the Monachous Seal.
With only little more than 200 citizens, The Kastellorizo airline shuttle bus is pretty much the only motorised transport on the island. With virtually no roads within the town and harbour, it is the best environment for a family holiday. The Island Kastellorizo is simply too small to loose your children.
