| Port Sunlight is a 19th Century garden village consisting of over 900 Grade II Listed buildings. The village was founded in 1888 by William Hesketh Lever for his soap factory workers.
From the Lady Lever Art Gallery with its extensive collections of pre-Raphaelites and Wedgewood China, to the Gladstone Theatre, home of the Leverhulme Drama Festival, Port Sunlight is a living village with much to offer the visitor and resident alike.
