Small Industrial town that was originally important for salt production. Contains narrow, winding streets, timbered houses and a cobbled market place.

Sandbach, pronounced Sandbatch, is a pleasant, historic market town located in South East Cheshire. It has marvellous communications being approximately half a mile form Junction 17 on the M6 motorway. It has its own railway station on the Crewe to Manchester mainline as well as being only ten minutes drive from Crewe mainline station. London, Euston can be less than two hours away.
