It is no longer difficult to avoid meat, with many restaurants offering at least one vegetarian dish. Also many major cities such as Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Lodz, Poznan, Szczecin and Wroclaw have vegetarian restaurants, especially near the city centre.
