Extremadura, Spain Travel & Tourism Search
This region consists of two provinces, Caceres and Badajoz. The capital city is Merida and for those of you who are into history you should definatley visit this city and experience for yourself the Roman Ruins. Extramedura offers several natural parks and preserves. This region is not yet a very popular tourist destination but it is definatley rapidly becoming known for its beautiful untouched mountain landscapes and its surrounding green fertile valleys.
