| Gototurkey.co.uk is the official website of the Turkish Culture and Tourism Office in London. Our office is part of the Turkish Embassy and is the representative in UK and Ireland of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, which is part of the Turkish government and is based in Ankara, Turkey.
Our aim is to promote tourism to Turkey by providing information about Turkey to members of the public, the travel trade and the media. This website is an important new tool, giving us the opportunity to provide easily accessible, up-to-the-minute detailed information about Turkey’s many attractions. It also allows us to update those interested in Turkey on up-coming events and Turkish tourism news.
Turkey is a unique country and one which is visited by almost 1 million British tourists every year. Despite this there are still many people who know little of Turkey and many who have already visited who would like to know more. We hope that gototurkey.co.uk will provide an insight for all those interested in Turkey into the diverse holiday experience which she offers. |
