Himachal Pradesh is a northwest Indian state, mostly mountainous with a number of tourist destinations. Major hill stations visited by millions of tourists each year from around the globe include Shimla, Dharamsala, Kangra, Mandi, Kullu, Chamba, Dalhousie and Manali. Almost all these places attract tourists to witness heavy snowfall and have a view of natural beauty. Though the roads become risky during monsoon seasons, for, lot of landslides occur, but tourism is not affected even a little. Places like Kangra, Chamba, and Dharmsala are not popular only for being hill stations, but these spiritual centres are visited by hundreds of thousands people each year to fulfill their spiritual needs. Shimla is the capital of the state and is perhaps the biggest tourists’ attraction in the Northern India during winters!
