Most of the Jammu and Kashmir, the north most state of India, is lying in the Himalayan Mountains. The state is divided into three major divisions, namely Jammu, the Kashmir valley, and Ladakh.

Kashmir is renowned all over the world for its pristine natural beauty, and sometimes it is referred to as the Heaven on Earth.
