Heilongjiang, literally means Black Dragon River, is a northeastern province of the People's Republic of China. Mountain ranges such as the Greater Khingan Range and Lesser Khingan Range, Zhangguangcai Mountains, Laoye Mountains, and Wanda Mountains, dominate much of the province.
Some the major cities of Heilongjiang are Daqing, Harbin, Jiamusi, Mudanjiang, Qiqihar, and Yichun. Wudalianchi Lakes, a series of five lakes, and in particular the second lake is famous for its irregular geological sights, and Jingbo Lake are the major tourist spots in the province.
